Master in Business Administration with a major in Development Financial Institutions at ESAN, Doctoral Studies at the Autonomous University of Madrid and Complutense University in Madrid -Spain.
Senior counselor in public and private affairs, over twenty years experienced between public and private sector, searching and negotiating with international cooperation funds, leading government offices up to fund raising from international cooperation agencies. Also experienced in private sector leading self-sustained agricultural projects, agro export chain supply developer, commercial intelligence, market research and export negotiations.
Mr. Noriega is a Certified Economist from the University of Lima. With postgraduate and master's studies in Business Administration, Lima-Peru.
